2019-2020 TIDE is Now Open
The Test Information Distribution Engine (TIDE) is now available for the 2019-2020 school year. Each year, it is ODE policy to delete all users and students from TIDE and re-import basic student information (SSID, school and district, demographics, etc.) from the SSID System after TIDE reopens. ODE will add District Test Coordinators (DTCs) to TIDE based on districts’ 2019-20 DTC Designation Forms. Student records will begin being imported into TIDE on August 26, 2019.
As DTCs complete their 2019-20 training requirements, they can add other district-level and school-level users to TIDE. As in past years, DTCs may request a list of the users in their districts from the previous year from their regional ESD partner to facilitate the creation of user accounts for 2019-20. The 2019-2020 TIDE User Guide has been posted to the Test Administration webpage on the ODE website to provide further information about TIDE.
