Rest assured that the Assessment Team’s first consideration is helping our districts support students as the impacts of the COVID-19 virus become more clearly understood. The Assessment Team has developed guidance around our English language proficiency assessments that is now available on ODE’s COVID-19 webpage at the link titled, "The Impact of COVID-19 on ELPA Assessments (Updated March 16, 2020)". This guidance reflects our current answers to the questions presented, which might shift as our situation unfolds.
