Uninstalling Previous Windows Secure Browser

Aug 16, 2021

Because Secure Browser 12.5 was built on 32-bit architecture and Secure Browser 14 is built on 64-bit architecture, the installer package for Secure Browser 14 will not automatically uninstall Secure Browser 12.5. To ensure optimal performance, we recommend manually uninstalling Secure Browser 12.5 before installing Secure Browser 14.

The “How to Uninstall the Secure Browser” section of the Configurations, Troubleshooting, and Advanced Secure Browser Installation Guide for Windows provides details for how to uninstall the Secure Browser via the User Interface or Command Line.
