To follow up on the announcement, “Important Information for Chromebook Users,” from Oct. 28, Cambium Assessment (CAI) and Google released an updated SecureTestBrowser app (v. 8.0.0.1) on Oct. 29 to resolve this issue. While some districts may have Chromebook apps configured to update automatically, others may require a manual update to be pushed from the Google Admin Console. Please use the Google Admin Console to ensure this update has been pushed out to all your devices. ODE and CAI recommend that districts using Chromebooks for testing ensure the update has been installed on devices prior to scheduled testing events.
