The 2022-2023 secure browsers for ChromeOS and iPadOS mobile devices are now available for download and installation from the app stores via the links on the OSAS Portal's Secure Browsers page. The Technology Guide provides basic and advanced instructions on installing the secure browsers. ChromeOS versions 102+ and iPadOS versions 14.8+ will be supported for the 2022-23 school year, upon the completion of testing for new versions following their release. For more information about the supported operating systems for the 2022-23 school year, please refer to the Support Plan for Operating Systems on the OSAS Portal.
Support for all 2021-2022 secure browsers will end by Wednesday, August 31, 2022. Users may continue to use the 2021-22 secure browsers for secure testing until support ends.
